Thanks for the info. Any plans to update the homebrew browser itself in the near future?
Nice, thanks 🙂
Thanks so much teknecal. I signed up for your updates on the Wii, and it makes it so much more easy to know what is on the Homebrew Browser now. But the e-mails are a little messy… some words run off to the next line, but its a lot easier knowing ill never need to use my computer again! 😛
Next update may just be small things like an install apps button and update all button.
Sounds pretty good, your doing a great job with this BTW!
FCEU, VBA and SNES9XGX were all updated along with majong.
You can probably start removing some of the old copies of the emulators before these ones became official (like tantric unoffical 2.0.2 and michenwiaski 004) to avoid confusion for newbs and avoid clutter since there is no reason you need them anymore.
Also when updating things like doom and quake, it should disable downloading the pak and wad files again to save time and bandwidth, just use the same code you used for not downloading icons when updating.
I agree with Dr.Mario
Also, after I updated Quake, it deleted mi original pak and overwrite it with the shareware version. It also deleted my save files.
Not a big deal for me, but is a bug, I think (well, it’s how it’s supposed to work, but it is a bug! 🙂 ).
